Providing services for operation of ' B ' sub station by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen and helper with tools and equipments in three shifts of 08 hrs each (as shown below) per day on all working days including Sundays & holidays including also attending emergent break down / repair on call during non working hours as directed. (Inside ARDE ) complete all as specified and directed including comprising as under :- Note :- "(i) Shift timing are as under:- (a) Ist Shift - 2400 Hrs to 0800 Hrs (b) IInd shift - 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs (c) IIIrd shift - 1600 Hrs to 2400 Hrs (ii) No additional payment on account of Reliever for weekly off for each trademan will be done by department its rates deemed to be included in quoted rates. "Note :- Minimum Nos of Tradesmen and Helper shall be per Sch 'A' Note No 18 (a) on page No 16 of tender documents.

Providing services for routine Maintenance of sub stations 22KV / 433 V including attending day to day complaints, maintenance and repair of OH lines , UG cables and street lights where ever detailed as per requirement also attendning break down of Electricity on emergent calls by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen and helper with tools and equipments holding required license in one shift of 08 hrs (from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) per day on all working days (except Sundays & Holidays)(inside ARDE) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minimum Nos of Tradesmen and Helper shall be per Sch 'A' Note No 18 (b) on page No 16 of tender documents.

Providing services for operation of ' A ' sub station by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen with tools and equipments in three shifts of 08 hrs each (as shown below) per day on all working days including Sundays & holidays including also attending emergent break down / repair on call during non working hours (Inside Chaturshungi power house) complete all as specified and directed including comprising as under :- Note :- "(i) Shift timing are as under:- (a) Ist Shift - 2400 Hrs to 0800 Hrs (b) IInd shift - 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs (c) IIIrd shift - 1600 Hrs to 2400 Hrs (ii) No additional payment on account of Reliever for weekly off for each trademan will be done by department its rates deemed to be included in quoted rates." Note :- Minimum Nos of Tradesmen and Helper shall be per Sch 'A' Note No 18 (c) on page No 16 of tender documents. "NOTES: For Sr Item No 1 to 3 : (i) The tradesmen deployed will report at ""B"" Sub stn for further detailments on each working day and assumed to carry all the tools and plants ladders etc all as per site requirements." (ii) Major repairs works such as replacement of HT & LT cables, replacement of OH line, replacement of HT/LT poles etc are not covered in the above scope of the work, but repairs to the same with the material available in the store are covered in the scope of the works. (iii) All the T&P required for in the operating installations under maintenance shall be provided by the condtractor and unit quoted rate deemed to be included for the same. (iv) Operation of the 22 KV VCBs equipments switch gears machines and /or HT/LT OH Line shall only be done by the tradesmen holding required/essential trade license. (v) Name of the individuals deployed for the services shall be exhgibited at pump house/installation. The contractor will submit verification in respect of antecedent of the individual deployed and the security passed shall be obtained well in advance for the individuals deployed for the duty. (vi) No additional payments on account of transportation will be entertained by Govt as such condtractor has to make terir own arrangement and the unit quoted rate deemed to be included for the same. (vii) Safety belt, discharge rod, hand gloves, helmet and emergency light & torch should be provided by the contractor. (viii) In case of rate quoted are lower than the minimum fair wages as fixed by the Govt of India / State in case the rates quoted are lower than the minimum fair wages as fixed by the Govt of India / State Govt of /Union Territory whichever is higher, the accepting officer shall have the rights to reject the offier No claim or any sort of appeal on this account shall be entertained.
