Dewatering/desludging of septic tanks, Grease trap etc of any depth, cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by Mechanically used Hydraulic suction sewer cleaning machine having suitable tank capacity including skilled driver, operator & labour etc and disposal off the same out side the defence area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - 1. After receiving complaint from MES Rep by Contractor's supervisor / Site Engineer, job to be completed within 12 working hours. 2. Debris and sludge etc taken out shall be measured in "cum" .The quantum of work done for payment purpose shall be the solid content of sludge or debris. Solid content shall be 50% of volume of loose sludge/debris containing sludge water. 3 In case contractor failed to rectify scheduled program a recovery of Rs.500/- per day shall be deducted from his payment.

M&L for mechanically used water sucking hydraulic pressure machine(min 3000ltr capacity) for cleaning of blocked manholes/sewage line and disposed off the same out side the defence area complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) After receiveing complains from MES representative by contractor's supervisor/ site engineer, Job to be completed withing 12 working hrs (ii) In case contractor failed to deploy the machine as per scheduled program a recovery of Rs.500/- per day shall be deducted from his payment. (iii) For payment purposes sludge of 3.5 cum shall be considered as a one trip.

M & L for Cleaning of blockage from WCs/Gully trap/Nahani trap/Floor traps and vertical pipes manually of any size by removing cover if required & refixing in position including removal of sludge & sediments from chamber & disposing it away from the domestic premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of chocked /blocked sewage lines of any bore pipe by rodding taking out loose sedimented sand dirt, oil and grease, sludge water, rags, fibers or vegetation etc from any depth of sewage lines including removal of sludge/debris/building materials to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and buried under ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All T&P if required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware/AC or reinforced concrete pipe set in cement mortar including removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200mm dia salt glazed stone ware/AC or reinforced concrete pipe set in cement mortar including removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out, in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3.0m and getting out in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of brick masonry built in CM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings etc not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed and specified. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately unde relevant items here in after.

S&F for 150 mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe class NP-2, drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed with collars all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200 mm dia reiforced concrete pipe class NP-2, drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed with collars all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4)Type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole, surface channel and drain including finishing true surface etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair factory made perforated precast RCC drain cover of 75mm thick of any size incl 1mm MS Sheet all around the cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia of pipe including, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 21 but for 200 mm dia of drain pipe.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path/hardstanding/subbase etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cmx 20mm thick, over bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound (liquid type) @ 200ml per 50Kg of cement and tiles joints shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filler manufactured by approved company set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof, and cut and polished complete all as specified and as directed

M & L in repair for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid and bedded on sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick sand cushioning for under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed .
