Supply & delivery of split Air-conditioner machine having cooling capacity not less than 6900W, ISSER 3.8 to 4.39, BEE rating not less than 3 star, Noise level not more than 50 db. This Split Air Conditioning machine should be fitted with Rotary compressors, LCD remote & all other accessories suitable for Refrigerant-R32/R410A. (O-General/ Hitachi/ Daikin/ Mitsubhisi Electric/Mitsubhisi Heavy Industries ).

Installation, testing & commissioning of the above-said split Acs incl supply & fixing required angle iron structure on wall for placing outdoor unit & mending good the damages asper direction of E.I.C

Supply & Installation of Extra Add-on items- HVAC grade 5/8"(for suction) & 1/4"(for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including wrapping tape,shaddle,screw, insulation tape, fastner etc for above AC machine as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Laying of 4 core 2.5sq.mm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable with gas line as per direction of EIC for making interconnection/communication between Indoor to Outdoor unit of Split type AC m/c.(Make- Havells/Finolex/Polycab as approved by E.I.C)

Supply &Laying 3/4"(20mm) hard PVC pipe(heavy type)for water drainage.

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 2 Nos. M.S. Angle of size (50 mm x 50 mmx6mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 3.0/4.0 TR ceiling concealed AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 40 mm x40mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 2Mtr. x 1Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC.

Supply & laying 1.1 KV grade 3 core 4 sqmm flexible copper Cable with screw, saddle,drill machine nut bolt etc all necessary items needed for connection. (from starter to A.C outdoor Connection)(make: Havels/KEI/Polycab/Finolex as per approved by EIC)

Supply & fixing automatic single phase AC starter of 21Amp capacity equipped with Timecheck, Voltcheck & Ampcheck and 3-digit display (Make- Electron-model no.-OPL-3+ or equivalent model of LT/Legrand as per dierction of E.I.C) to be fixed on wall with all fixing accessories complete as to G.S

Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment [D-10/14] b) 4 Way Enclosure [Make: Legrand /L&T/Siemens as approved by E.I.C] [D-10/14]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. (Make: Legrand /L&T/Siemens as approved by E.I.C) [D-5/6] (a) 63Amp FP Isolator

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. (Make: Legrand /L&T/Siemens as approved by E.I.C) [D-6/7] (a) 6-32 Amps SP MCB [D-6/7]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene / PVC rigid pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required [E-9/1] i) 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC [ E-9/1(v)]

ii) 4x126/0.4 (16 sqmm) + 2x80/0.4 (10 sqmm) as ECC [ E-9/1(g1)]

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works (E-16 / 7) i) 20 mm size

S&F of 32A timer controlled DB for 1 no. single phase AC in SS double door 12 way DB enclosure (Make: L&T/Legrand/ABB(E)) with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish. All connections should be made by copper wire of 4mm2 & 1.5mm2 and finishing with dowells solderless socket by crimping method incl. necy. connection & provision for earthing attachment incl. Ferruling & marking with S&F following Electrical accessories as per direction of EIC [for 2/1.5 TR AC] i) 240V, 32A DPMCB C curve breaking capacity 10kA - 1 no. ii) 240V, 22A, 2P Contactor with Auxilary Contact - 1 no. iii) 25A, 250V AC ON-OFF-ON SPDT toggle switch with marking-1no. (for Auto/Manual option). iv) 24Hr x 7 days programmble Digital timer - 1 no. v) On & Off Indicator LED lamp and Start & Stop push button switch (G&R)-2 set. vi) Din rail mounted Terminal Block for Outgoing & Incoming - 4 nos. vii) 6-32 A SP MCB C curve breaking capacity 10kA-1 no.
