Taking out existing unserviceable nylon newar from the Charpoy GI pipe, tightening each part of Charpoy, supply and fixing of 03 Nos flat Iron of size 40mm x 4mm of length equal to width of plywood/GI Charpoy duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of primer and fixing it tightly to GI Charpoy with nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size including necessary drilling into GI pipe, drilling holes 03 Nos each in long rails, 02 Nos each in short rails & 02 Nos on all flat iron for fixing the flat iron to plywood with and incl screws of suitable size from bottom and supply & fixing 12mm thick BWR Grade plywood commercial of size 1980 x 900 fixed to GI pipe frame with 10 Nos GI nuts, bolts of 6mm dia, 62 to 65mm long, complete all as specified & directed. Make of Plywood : Kitply / Green Ply / Century / Dura Ply
Taking out old unserviceable / broken GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32mm bore as per sample kept in BSOs office, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed.
Taking out old unserviceable long rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rail of GI pipe 32mm bore, medium grade, duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame, complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed. Taking out old unserviceable short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with short rail of GI pipe made out from long rail retrieved under Serial Item No. 3.0 here-in-before duly threaded both ends to require size fitted to the frame, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed.
Taking out old unserviceable leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with leg of GI pipe made out of short rail retrieved under Serial Item No. 4.00 above duly threaded to require size fitted to the frame, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed.
Taking out old unserviceable / broken three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore/dia 'ISI marked', complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed. Note for Ser Item No 1.00 to 6.00 All components of GI charpoy shall be tightened after carrying out repairs without any extra cost to the Govt
