1. Strengthening of road from Chandrapuram to Paduvampalli Harijan colony Road ( R 119 ). KM 0/0 - 2/850

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000m Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers. Trimming bottom and side slopes , in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross - section , and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m asb per Technical specification clause 302.3

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Road way Cutting Construction of embankment using tractor with grader with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 Filing with cut Earth

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained rom borrow pits with all lifts and leads. Transporting to site ,spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of tables 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical specification clause 303.1 (using Borrow pit Earth)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other 2/850

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Providing advance BT patches using 50mm thick using 45mm HBG IRC metal using 44Kg of bitumen 80/100 grade including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc., complete

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete which shall consists of construction of a single course binder /wearing corse on a previosly prepared Bituminousbase to the requirements of the specification using 60/70 grade bitumen as per MorRTH specificaton CI.508.

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms

Road Marking by providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (with definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956 —09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2. lOm from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrète 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012 ( as per MORT&H Specification No.801)

Road Markers / Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate /ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/ 10/ 97-DO.III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/ - 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/ - 2mm arid height not less than 30+/ - 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D428O and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., complete
