Replacement of Piano type hinges with S & F new Piano type hinges as specified in drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ GE.

Polishing one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces to Book Case with lacquer polish of approved make and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface. Filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship. The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment. Note: The surfaces of furniture to be polished shall be cleaned by grinding machine in order to get high glossy finish alike new furniture.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 56879.00(Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum
