Repair of 220 KV SF6 Breaker 3Φ Phase motor of spring charge if required

Repair of 220 KV SF6 Breaker 1Φ spring charged motor if required

Repair of 132 KV VCB 1Φ spring charged motor if required

Transportation of materials by Small / Medium size truck from transmission central stores Namkum or other GSS within 100KM radius to GSS Hatia - II.

Erection, Connection, Testing & Commissioning all Complete work of

Dismentaling of following equipments with crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipment carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work (Excluding Cost of Transporation charges from Store to Site)

Testing of Transformers/ICTs including Tan Delta Test of all bushing & winding, winding resistance test, turn ratio test, magnetic balance test, short & open circuit test , IR & Pl test etc. (All test report must be prepared & submitted in standard format)

Testing of Transformer oil by recognized laboratory including supply of sampling bottle.(These tests are mandetory and must be completed by the end of December, 2026)

Air conditioner Maintenance Charges

Maintenance of 100KVA DG Set (replacement of Air & fuel filter, Gasket valve cover, engine tube oil etc.)

Assesment of defects in Battery chargers.

Supply of consumables and rectification of Battery charger set including Battery bank.

Service Engineer Charges for Transformer's Part, Circuit breaker, PLCC Panel, DTPC, GPRS, OPGW, DC Detector etc. (Fixed Cost/call) inclusive of travelling, boarding, lodging, fooding etc.

Engineer Charges per day

Supply of Consumables viz. Markin cloth, Distilled water, Grease, Mobil, Nuts & Bolts, Cotton waste, Joute, Paterollium Jelly, Kerosine, mobil, WD-40 rust remover etc. required time to time for O&M works of GSS.
