Required7. Details of eligible similar nature of works completed or project under execution during the last Seven year sending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. (Form C).
Required7 (i) Similar work means Machine applied two components polyurea / polyurethane/ hybrid polyurea Water Proofing Treatment work.
Required7(ii) One similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 71.20 Lakhs or Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 53.40 Lakhs or Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 35.60 Lakhs during the last 7 years.
Required7(iii) If bidder itself is not a specialized agency. He can associate specialized agency having experience of executing similar works as per above,for executing this work.Bidder shall have to upload MoU with the Associate Specialized agency on prescribed format as per Page-28, duly signed by both the parties and notarized on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.100/-while submitting tender.He will also upload details of having executed similar nature of works of water proofing treatment by the Associa
