Providing /applying of white cement based putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface of approved brand and manufacture to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing structural steel work in frame and shutters of door , clerestory window and other frames wrough, framed and fixed in position in hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separetly.) i/c . All carriages, Leads & Lifts of Materials complete. For DOOR and VENTILATOR frames

Providing and Fixing of shutters for doors ms angle iron frame with shutter frame fixed with plain sheet

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing of PVC fittings of approved brand and quality etc including all nessary hardware i/c labour charges complete job for wash-rooms including all costs /carriages of materials involved complete job & approve quality as per directions of EIC
