SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX DG SETS WORKS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven generating set to give an output of 10 KVA capacity, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 cylinder and 4 stroke, 4 wire directly coupled to diesel engine, water cooled, turbo-charged after cooled type, mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank of adequate capacity, vibration damper, other accessories with acoustic enclosure and alternator with AMF panel complete including PCC foundations etc complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (A) DIESEL DRIVEN ENGINE: Developing a net directed output 18 BHP or nearest higher suitably marked with alternator to give a net directed output of 10 KVA. The engine shall be capable of delivering the required output at 1500 RPM at NTP, Water cooled, turbo charged after cooled, four stroke, with provision of 10% overload capacity for one hour in every 12 hours including comprising of followings:- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling and fly wheel housing. (ii) Radiator assembly complete with fan water pump and thermostat. (iii) Fuel injection as per manufacturer specification. (iv) Electrical coil as per manufacturer’s instructions/design. (v) Oil filter with mounting arrangements. (vi) Lubricating oil pump and cooler (vii) Self-starter 12 volts. (viii) Exhaust silencer with including cladding with pigeon protection residential type exhaust noise level complying with as per latest CPCB norms. (ix) Dip stick to check oil level. (x) Suitable controller with start, stop, auto/manual reset button as per manufacturer instructions. (xi) Engine protection safety device for low lubricating oil pressure, high coolant temperature. (xii) Dynamo/alternator with over charging protection. (xiii) Batteries 12 volts, 90 AH (Min) of suitable capacity as per manufacturer’s design with lead etc of 01 No. maintenance free battery.

(B) ALTERNATOR : The engine shall be coupled through flexible coupling to an synchromus alternator mounted on a strong steel/MS fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. The alternator shall be 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self-excited, self-regulating and Brushless type provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall be confirm to BS : 2613 or BS : 5000 and generating 10 KVA output after de-rating with coupled to diesel engine at 0.8 to 1 power factor lag, 415 volts, 4 wire, AC supply under NTP conditions. The alternator will confirm the following feature:- (i) IP 23 protection with H class insulation. (ii) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hour operation (iii) Automatic voltage regulator (AVR)-Fast response electronic type.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material and labour for septic tank of 10 users including excavation in ordinary soil, PCC foundation, brick work in CM (1:4), RCC slab & manhole cover, vent shaft and sludge chambers extra complete all as specified and as per Drg CEJZ/STD-242/07 Sheet 17/24 to 20/24

Material and labour for soakage well 1.2m x 3.0m depth, excavation in ordinary soil, PCC in foundation, honey combed and solid brick work in CM (1:4), RCC slab, filling with brick bats complete all as specified and as per Drg No. CEJZ/STD-242/07 Sheet 1/24 to 24/24

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS WORKS

Material and labour for providing & making broken/ continuous central/ end line 100mm wide on the road pavement and the like of description and width using thermoplastic paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 1600C complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing sign of brush marks of surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be re-painted until the desired result is obtained

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber including necessary excavation with inner clear dimension 600 x 600 x 900 mm suitable for 50mm Gate Valves with PCC (1:4:8) 100mm thick type D2 for foundation, Brick masonary 230mm wall in CM (1:4), PCC (1:2:4) 75mm type B1 for coping, rendering in CM (1:4) 15mm thick including provision of 3mm thick MS sheet cover and 25 x 25 x 3mm angle frame embedded in coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangements including necessary earth work complete all as specified and shown on drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70/75 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP65/66 protection complete including necessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing LED flood light 140 W IP 66 made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with potted Isolated driver and high power LED and individual lenses, operating range -90V to 340V AC complete including necessary fixing arrangement such as nuts, bolts and washers etc. all as specified and directed. Supply install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT panel (CPRI approved) out door type of suitable size cubical type IP-65, factory made, weather and vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming/ outgoing MCCB and TPN bus bar and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC support. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC support having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/interconnections shall be colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work at bottom of MS channel MC 100 fixed to the top of platform. The platform of LT panel shall be pedestal type of suitable width and 600mm height above ground level and minimum 400mm below the ground level constructed with bricks (sub class B) work duly plastered in CM 1:3 and PCC copping (1:2:4) not less than 50mm thick over brick pedestal with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacture recommendation and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm thick should be used at the bottom of entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression gland ,the panel shall be painted with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY structure after seven tank phosphate treatment front & back opening type and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plan with letter figures and conventional skull bones in single red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following:-Note :-(a) LT panel board should be type tested from CPRI (A copy of valid CPRI type test report to be enclosed while obtaining approval from GE). (b) SLD diagram for LT panel will be got approved from GE before placing the order and final diagram will be fixed on the front and rear door. (c) Rate for the same deemed to include in the quoted rates.
