Clearing the site using JCB on hire charges around the proposed building and making approach road to the site etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M.sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supply and fixing of 50 x 50 x 6mm M.S. angle of 2.55m height (for Vertical posts and for stay posts) with 4 number of 10mm dia holes for fixing M.S.splice plate of 40mm x 150mm at top and bottom with 10mm dia bolt and nuts for fixing chain link fencing and embedding with cement concrete 1:2:4 to a depth of 0.45m and leaving 2.10m above the ground level including provide necessary for lening applying a coat of primer etc., complete. The rate including the cost of M.S. angle, M.S. plate, M.S. bolt and nuts, welding charges, Labour charges for fixing M.S. angle in position and one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M-sand, four aggregate) using HBG jelly of size 20mm gauge for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of 2''x2'' size chain link fencing 10 gauge and fixing with M.S. Angle post using 16 gauge G.I. Wire including running the 2 ply and 4 pin G.I. barbed wire 12 gauge at bottom, middle and top of M.S. angle posts (As stiffner to the chain link fencing) etc, complete copmplying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of fish net above duck cum fish unit including tying by necessary materials the rate including cost of materials labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
