Note : (i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.50 mtr shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against this item. (ii) GI protection pipe and earthing strip beyond 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Test result should be less than 1 ohms or satisfaction of user. (iv) Material should not be less than 60 Kg Coal and 100 Kg Salt in each earthing.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of 50 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 ½ core cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation, earthwork, removing brick protection and relaying same bricks and filling the earth and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals of LT/HT cable to transformer/panel/pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing to 11KV HT VCB/RMU any type complete with and including the following:- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB/(SF6 type) of 400/800 Amps rating from RMU Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB/(SF6 type)+D35 including opening the VCB/(SF6 type) & checking the mechanical system.Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing and reassembling the VCB/(SF6 type) including connection to HT panel complete insulating oil to be replaced where reqd complete all as specified and directed. (b) Taking out relay set (2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT11KV VCB/(SF6 type) panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note for (a) & (b):- (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OCB (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only . (iii) Contractor shall submit the connected document/graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer / service centre). The rates quoted by the contactor shall include cost of any other spare parts/relay not mentioned hereinafter but essentially required for functioning of the system. No extra payments will be made for the spare parts/relay.
