Sub-Head 3 - Duct Work

Supply, installtion, testing and commissioning of Class - VIII grade (120 GSM) supply & return air duct along with necessary supports, flanges etc. as required and as per IS 655 and IS-277 standards of following gauges.

Supplying & fixing of 19 mm thick duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on new duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete

Supplying & fixing of acoustic insulation inside ducting with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber (class O) of density 140Kg/cu.m-160 Kg/Cum insulation with bolts nuts GI washers etc as required.

Supply and fixing of Al powder coated continuous Grill (Make- Premier)

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air diffuser with M.S volume control dampers as required. (Make-Premire/Dynacraft/Air Master / Caryire)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of opposed type Duct dampers GI mannual type.

Supply and installation of fusible link Fire Damper .(Make- System Air/premire/Dynacraft).

Supplying, fabrication & fixing of trap door made for maintenance of IDU of Air conditioning system by frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm ,25mm x 25mm powder coated wall angle with aluminium composit panel of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of fresh air provision as per direction of the EIC incl. filter, damper, bird screen etc complete as required

Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 8.5/3 TR ductable split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 3Mtr. x 1.2Mtr.

S & F iron cage ( 4O"x 36"x24") structure for the split AС machine ODUs on wall for holding and provide protection with locking arrangement & shade arrangement above the grills with corrugated tin shade, necessary anti-rust painting as per direction of EIC

Supply & wiring with 3 core 2.5 Sq.mm XLPE Insulated, PVC tape innersheathed unarmoured copper cable. Make Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C] (For Indoor Unit Connection)

PART-B (Electrical Installation work)

Sub Head 1 : Isolator/MCB/Timer DB/Enclosure

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. [Make: Legrand/ ABB/ SIEMENS/ Schneider/ L&T]

Supplying and fixing MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 16 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC) with 16A Modular type switch, without plug top on 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

SUB-HEAD 5---SUPPLY OF LIGHT FITTINGS

[Supply & Delivery of following LED Industrial Batten light (System lumen efficacy 2110 Im/Watt) made of CRCA Sheet Body (Thickness > 0.50 mm) and construction as per relevant IS, along with LED lamp (Opal finish polycarbonate housing with Aluminium end-cap), Driver efficiency >85%, Operating voltage AC 140-270 Volt, freq 50/60 hz, Operating temp range Oo to 400 C, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & Open circuit protection .

ITHD < 10% , P. F.20.95, P20, CRI >80, Flicker free, (Ricker should be below 5%), life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitary), of minimum 40000 Burning Hours, with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM (Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard and trade mark certificate ( T.C.).

LM79 & LM8O Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. SUB-HEAD 6-- FIXING OF LIGHT FITTINGS

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

Supply & Fixing 240V, Modular Socket (2 Module) type fan regulator (Step type) (Brand approved by EIC) on existing Modular GI switch board with top cover plate incl. making necy. connections etc.

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire.
