General Fund 2026-2027 Construction of sheet arrangement at Ward No.7 Pandarakadu Puthukattuvilai Anganwadi front side in Villukuri Town Panchayat.

Supplying and fixing in position of vertical column arrangements with 80 mm Ø size GI pipe and base plate of size 30 x 30 x 10 mm and bed plate of size 30 x 30 x 12 mm and with support of 50 x 50 x 6 mm size angle are provided at base and bed plates to GI pies and drilling holes in the MS angles if necessary to accommodate the bolts, including one coat of red oxide primer etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel trusses work for roofing welded or bolted type using necessary mild steel rectangle and square box sections etc each according to given design conforming to IS specification. It includes cutting, welding, conveyance of all materials to work site, primer coating and enamel painting and approved by the departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) sheet with approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J/U bolts and nuts of 8 mm Ø of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25 mm Ø and 1.60 mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.
