Taking out submersible pumping set of capacity 1 to 5 HP, three phase, any type from bore well by disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections including connected items of pump such as column pipes complete for checking, disconnecting cable and pump including lowering & reassembling the pump in the existing position by reconnecting after repair/inspection of pump including packing materials, nut bolts, securing of submerssible in column pipe by using insulated wires, cable jointing materials etc, testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No.1 here-in- but 15 to 20 HP capacity.

Supply only iodine free pure common salt crystal (NaCl) for earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the Monoblock pump of any capacity from site and servicing / repairing the same by replacing coupling including nut/bolts, bearing, bushes, oil seals and reassembling and re-alignment, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & taking down defective stay assembly and S&F stay assembly compring of 7/10 SWG galvanised stay stranded wire of reqd length fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers, galvanised stay bow with 20mm dia 180 cms, long stay rod with threaded ends, GI nut & washers GI stay plate 230 x 230 x 6mm thick plate 2 Nos thimble, MS clamp made out of 50 x 6mm flat iron loop insulator 90mm x 140mm dia, hole 25mm porcelain.PCC 1:3:6, Connecting suitable brackrt of MS flat etc complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part I.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on HT pole of following length including cross arms and clamps except embedded portion of pole in ground and concrete after removing old painted surfaces by scraping of poles complete and making colour band with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour up to 1.2 mtr from coping level including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out stone aggregate from Sub Station and refilling evenly (any thickness) for neat look surfaces after surface dressing n.exc. 25 cm deep in soft/loose soil rough excavating of un-even surfaces and filled up in low patches with scraped soil to give even and neat look surfaces by removing/uprooting all vegetation hedges shrubs at sub stations complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old damaged foundation of transformer, LT panel and M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and platform of DG set, finished surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work and shifting and reshifting of transformer and DG set complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Repair/Reconditiong of exisitng earth pit by removing damaged Earth PCC chambers and excavate pit soil upto 25% of earth plate/electrode and adding alternate layers of charcoal, mixture of salt and copper sulphate up to 15cm above the earth plate/electrode and moist the mixture using water , cleaning/replacing of funnel with wire mesh where ever necessary , contractor should ensure that the earthing resistance should be below 5 Ohms , making good to distrubed surface and all as specified and directed at site for following equipment. Note: 1. Deemed including excavation, returning filling and connected items. 2. Salt , charcoal , copper Sulphate, pit chamber , Testing will be measured and paid seperatly.
