M&L for first quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded agg. in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing of approved quality of any size set and jointed in grey cement slurry laid over and including 20 mm thick backing in CM (1:6) including granite polish to be done by mechanical grinder and moulding edges compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 18mm thick Marine Plywood IS-710 grade waterproof sheet in Door, Shelves for Cup Boards or Kitchen Cabinets, incl necessary fixing arragement, jointed by means of adhesive solvent and fixed using self-tapping aluminium screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.8mm to 1mm thick balancer sheet for fixing at plywood board as plain or white colour incl edge lamination as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1mm to 1.5mm thick high gloss acrylic sheet in any colour / texture (as approved) incl edge lamination as required incl all adhesive, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Acrylic sheet to be be fixed as factory fitted machine pressed on Marine Plywood.

S&F for stainless steel thick cabinet soft close hinges full overlay to fix at Ply Board cabinet doors for easy and soft movement, complete all as specified and directed.
