Hight Level Jetty - Painting with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. Low Level Jetty - Painting with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, guard bar, ladder, railings, frames, guard ar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works all complete.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing kerb at aprroach road with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New /old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Terminal office - Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm

Terminal office - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile OrganicCompound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. (Two coats).
