CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-23/2026-27 REPAIRS AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MAN HOLE, DRAINS, RAIN WATER HARVESTING PITS, ALONGWITH REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALL, FENCING AND GATE AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN THE AREA OF 27 ED AND 31 MCU, UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO1

M&L for removal of blockage of WC, WHB, bottle trap, floor trap/ Nahani Trap, soil & waste pipe, running on extranal walls of Bldgs including removing and refixing of Cap up to 2 storey building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Noet:-(Note:- (i) The rates quoted in the above item No 01 to 02 include the cost of T&P like Cleaning steel Rod, Bamboo spade, sewage Cleaning/Pressure Machine with loader etc complete. (ii) The lines measured once cannot measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines re-occur within 3 months the contractor shall not be paid extra for the same. (iii) Minimum 2 persons shall be deployed by the contractor and they shall be present in all days for attending the complaints of cleaning sewage/Blockage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 12 hours the recovery @ Rs 100 per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (Date and time in Complaint Slip is only the criteria of recovery of non attending blockage complaint) (iv) Recovery made by Engineer -in-Charge will be final and binding for non attending sewage complaint.

Cleaning of Gulley Trap including removing GT cover, cleaning of Sludge, earth and all sewarage material flush with water and refixing the GT cover Note:- (i) The rates quoted in the above item No 01 to 02 include the cost of T&P like Cleaning steel Rod, Bamboo spade, sewage Cleaning/Pressure Machine with loader etc complete. M&L for cleaning/taking out sludge/mud/silt from any size of manhole ,sewage pipe line septick tanks, drain,Soakage well & Strom Water Lines by way of Honeysucker machine including dewatering of manhole and sewage line when ever is required including removing of sludge/muds/silt/liquid to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Deployment of SectionCum Jetting machine (mini Super Honeysucker machine)with 5 Nos Skilled Staff (Deiver + Labour) for per day system including all required T & P items shall be provided by the contractor. The cost of the same shall be deemed included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

(a) Cleaning, desilting of septic tanks upto 50 users, of any size & depth from solid liquid/liquid mud etc, and removing sluge outside of defence land, complete including pumping out liquid qnd liquid sluge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall arrange the sewage suction machine or sewage pump of minium 5HP along with the equipments to clean the sewage line by super suction machine, MH, septic tank & soakage well etc. and cost in this respect shall be deemed included in the quated rates of respective items and no extra payment on this account shall be

(b) Cleaning, desilting of septic tanks upto 10 to 50 users, of any size & depth from solid liquid/liquid mud etc, and removing sluge outside of defence land, complete including pumping out liquid qnd liquid sluge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed (c)Cleaning, desilting of soakage well, 3.0metre dia and depth upto 4.5metre, from solid liquid/liquid mud etc, and removing sludge outside of defence land, complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sluge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed

(d) Cleaning, desilting of manholes of size not exceeding 1.2metre x 1.20metre & depth upto 1.5metre, from solid liquid/liquid mud etc, and removing sludge outside of defence land, complete all as specified and directed (e) Cleaning, desilting of manholes of size not exceeding 1.2metrex1.20metre & depth exceeding 1.5metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre, from solid liquid/liquid mud etc, and removing sluge outside of defence land, complete including pumping out liquid qnd liquid sluge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed

(f) Material and Labour for cleaning of existing sewage line 150 mm internal dia at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure mechine/ at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning incl getting out sledge if any and liqued materials from connecting manholes diposited in sewer line and removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole covers in its original position ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work included in unit rate (ii) Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line / manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers depose effluent out side the defence land. the shall be included in the quoted rate. (g) All as per item no (f) here in before but 200 mm bore pipe ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

De Silting and cleaning of existing storm water drain including removing drain cover/iron cover of any description and refixing in same/other position after cleaning silt, soil, vegetation growth taking out Sludge/muddy/Sewerage water including taking out all debris/sluge from Sludge Tank and removing the debries/sluge from site to out of MOD Land by using tractors or other vehcles including loading, unloading material and depositing off the material by burying in pits as per norms and removing of rubbish from the premises all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked rain water pipe of dia 100-150mm for bldg, path and drain and rubbish of the premises.
