Dismantling posts or struts from embeded in concrete (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out and making good the disturbed ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel framed/unframed work of any description not other wise provided for and as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and gauge etc fixed in any position in fencing posts etc complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F equal angle joist , channel , angle ,MS plate or tee section , fixed to channeling fancing Fe- 410 W (Gde-E-250)quality B , etc as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly steel surface exceeding 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer, as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2 strand galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining & fixing to RCC posts etc including securing or tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

All as per item No 7 but fixing only, as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restraining and re-securing galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and making good to staples etc as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of RCC posts/struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fencing posts with sectional area exceeding 100 but not exceeding 250 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Chain link fencing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm mesh fixed to RCC fencing post incl line and providing flat iron, bolts and nuts complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated / Semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or in roof covering, as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/eaves board, fixed with selftapping screws as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position and as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L 2nd class hardwood scantling clean sawn as in unframed work complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplied & fixed 50 mm thick Boarding of 2nd class hard wood, with nails in any situation planed both sides, as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing surface of wood and wood based material new of any description and girth exc 10 cm other wise decribed and treated with two coat of creosote oil, as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Boarding, any description and any position, fixed with Nails, complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or all tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premesises,as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying of floor finish complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F glossy finish chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches pillars etc. all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition cement concrete n'exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with Sub-Class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in (1:4) cm and as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base/base of footpath/plinth protection and making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bar of any size cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Framed work such as door or gates of angle or other section, grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted ,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders;framed balusters; walk ways,railings, and similar work Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250), as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
