Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, light fittings etc removing all material for reuse / issued under Schedule of Credit and making good the disturbed surface as the existing one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable DBs including MCCBs / MCBs complete keeping in safe custody for issue under Schedule of Credit and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with multi stranded copper conductor size 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 multistranded, drawn in rigid PVC type conduit concealed in walls / floors / ceiling etc with and including metal flush boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting of fittings, modular type switches, regulator and also including 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable green in colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly, cutting chassis to the walls / floors / ceiling and repairing with existing surface after work complete all as specified and as directed for following:-

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS having multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 sq.mm nominal cross sectional area drawn in and including drawn in rigid PVC type conduit with all fitting and fixing accessories and 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth conductor, connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs with and including pressed steel sunken terminal boxes 1.6 mm thick, 60 mm deep of required size factory made for mounting switch, regulators etc with and including 3 mm thick plastic hylam laminated sheet cover (white) ISI marked, fixed with brass screws and cup washers duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint / black bituminous paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside for mounting switches, sockets etc complete for the following:-

NOTE : Switches , sockets, regulators, hylam sheet if required at site then it will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Hylum sheet with not less than 3mm thick of size 4" x 4" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Hylum sheet with not less than 3mm thick of size 4" x 6" complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring 2 runs of 6 sq.mm size PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts FRLS grade drawn through and including suitable size of PVC conduit in surface / recess as required on wall / roof including one run of 6 sq.mm PVC insulated multistranded copper wire for earth , ISI marked and connecting up complete including removing old unserviceable cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- 2 runs of 6.0 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of 6 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as single run for payment purpose.
