Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), etc. (unreinforced) including old tarfelt and cement mortor bedding and plastering, tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortor of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, using water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement but excluding the cost of WPC complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for 30 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete on RCC roof surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof slabs including mixing water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 ltr and not exc 1000 ltr capacity setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing the same in original position. (after cleaning repairing, etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 500 Ltrs capacity Rotational moulded, polythene water storage tanks incl suitable nipple (cylindrical shape with vertical top closed) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down old unserviseable water tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 Ltrs capacity Rotational moulded, polythene water storage tanks incl suitable nipple (cylindrical shape with vertical top closed) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down old unserviseable water tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high dencity plasstic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed .(minimum weight 15 mm-142gms/20mm-210gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only for integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the roof surfaces and applying oil bond bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg / sqm providing and laying 4.0 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4.0 kg / sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm / sqm having soften point not less than 140 degree centigrade tensile strength not less than 800/N/sqm cum tearing strength 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15cm end laps by application of torch applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.2 kg / sqm and providing garnish with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg / sqm over completed area of membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the vertical surfaces of roof and applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm providing and lying 4.0 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weighing not less than 160 gm / Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade. longitudinal tensile strength not s than 800 N/Sq cm tearing strength of 180 N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm over complete area of membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work (or) concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixing water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

Demolition and breaking up AC drain pipes 100 mm internal dia of pipes set in cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends / shoes of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials to a distance exc 500 mt and up to 1.0 km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.
