Providing and constructing brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including suitable scoffolding and racking out joints etc and as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing plastering to the internal / External surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 19mm thick BWR waterproof plywood for partitation, Wall paneling, table and wardrope shutters door etc. with necessary edge tape screws, nails etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (a) 1.0 mm thick

Providing and fixing glazing with 10mm thick clear toughened glass panel in wall openings with various size, but it should be single glass panel and with approved quality for partition/panelling including providing chrome finish patch fitting / glass connetors, and required sealant, labour charges, tools & tackles etc complete as per the drawings and as per directions of the Engineer icharge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including arrangement for fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Door handle, stopper and floor spring etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete and as per directions of the Engineer icharge. (a) 200mm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two coats on old work with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, touchup putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (a) One coat for old surface

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white colour board Jali, CNC (Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer-in -charge which are machine cut for duct/shaft covering, partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium corbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing on M.S (mild steel) frame made of 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm square hollow box section including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, placed at grid made at 1.0 x 1.0 m or as per requirement at site with necessary stainless steel fasteners and SS screws etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. (Note: M.S (mild steel) framework with priming coat and necessary SS fasteners and SS screws shall be paid separately.

Providing and laying full body Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily cleaning the surface, etc., all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer- in-charge. Note: The sample Tile got approved by the Engineer in charge before procurement. Size of Tile 600 x1200 mm with wooden pattern or other required pattern.

Providing and fixing ceramic steel magnetic white colour writing board aluminum frame with required size and fixing on the wall surface including the cost of duster and pen stand etc with suitable Bolts nut cleaning etc., the entire unit as directed, etc complete. As per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of polycarbonate of multi wall compact type of 6mm thick using aluminium clamping profile with EPDM rubber gasket over the support structure, sealing the joint using proper silicon sealants and with all incidental including all wastages and wall mount edges cutting /chasing the wall and insert the MS galvalume sheet and required materials with packing the cutting gaps complete etc., Note: (i) The rates for inclusive of all taxes, scaffoldings, tools & tackles labour, transport, fasteners required for fabrication, and fixing in the walls etc,. And as directions by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. with curved profile of members using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular/frame work sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing Cement Fiber Board 8 mm thick as per IS 14862:2000 of type B (High pressure Steam Cured steel frame work fixed on cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ required place of approved make including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, required anchor faster scaffolding, transport, applying sealant at required areas and as directions by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Structural steel framework shall be paid separately.

Polishing of Kota stone flooring/ marble flooring/ mosaic flooring etc by grinding and honing of floor using diamond abrasives to remove all minor scratches to bring an even surface. Later hardening the surface with floor polishing powders. The floor will be burnished with 1200 RPM burnishes and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepare surface and re - polishing the existing staicase hand rails using approved quality & make French polish /varnish including bees waxing wood filler etc., and such other required materials, one or more coat to give an even shade and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Providing and fixing stainless steel satin finish 304 grade 32mm dia and 600mm long H type (model Number TGDIH) handle for glass door shutter with SS screws, dorma or approved equvalant, etc .complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 3M forsted film approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
