Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soft/loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolling and consolidating and formation of surfaces in cutting with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Ton complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Design Mix M-20 concrete using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Design Mix M-20 concrete using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels over 1.5m clear span, beams and cantilevers complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finish of concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (Square, rectangular on plan or polygonal) for fair finish of concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.12.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders by deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint Note : All straps shall be made as shown in IS 12288-1987 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying and testing DI pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class K-9 with cement mortor lining inside the pipes & Zinc coated out side as per IS 8329/2000 in any length laid in trenches of 400 mm bore size including tyton joints complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Laying of pipe line should comply as per IS 12288-1987 (ii) Excavation and Earth work & DI Special fittings shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Rate for M&L for hydraulic pressure testing of 400 mm dia newly laid pipe line as per IS 12288-1987 shall be included in quoted rate . (iv) Laying length less than 500 mtr span,test not reqd. (v) Failing in pressure test contractor shall be liable to rectify all the defect and conduct the retest after rectification without any addl cost. (vi) 20% of the work done value shall be restricted untill pass the hydraulic pressure test successfully.

M&L, for DI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc Tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction,double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot) collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed pipes exc 300 mm to n.exc 400 mm bore including short piece both end flanged of 100mm & 80mm bore for fixing air release valve complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21 above but in 200 to 300 mm bore pipe.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/2000, ISI Mark with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts of size 400 mm bore all as specified & directed. Note: All valve shall have seperate serial number and open end test certificate complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 23.00 above but in 300 mm bore pipe.

M&L for Construction of valve chambers of size 1.5x1.5 x1.2 internal dimentions with 150 mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate, 230 mm thick brick masonary wall with sub class 'B' bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4 10 mm thick plastering to brick masonary in cement mortar internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate valve chamber having coller frame size 1.5x1.5 x1.2 made of mild steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel sheet framed by 40x40x5 mm MS angle having 02 nos cross 'X' supprt fixed with coller frame by mild steel hinges - 02 Nos, locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of alluminium enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including neccessary earth work, excavation, all as specified and directed.

Surveying and Leveling to find out the reduce ground level and formation level for proposed pipe line route for 400mm, 300mm etc (approx 5.50Km + 10%) and submit 03 set of level sheet showing longitudinal and cross sections at the interval of 5.00RM complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Survey and Leveling to be done by Total Station or Dumpy Level as directed

Supply and fix PN 1.6, CI doubble headed/Double Ball Chamber air release valve (IS : 14845 ) size 100 mm suitable for 400 mm supply main complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 28 above but in size 80 mm suitable for 300 mm supply main.

Taking up Cast iron water main (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out lead joints for pipe of bore 200 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Deduct schedule of credit (calculation will be done off line) Rs.2,53,000.00
