SUB-HEAD 10 -- SITC OF LT PANEL SITC of of floor cum wall mounted (On a base frame ) totally enclosed, cubical type electrical control panel specification of which will be as below and as per drawing approved by EIC

The general construction of the pannel will conform to IS 8623:93 as ammended uptodate. The Degree of IP protection for the enclosure will be IP-42.

The enclosure will be fabricated out of 16SWG thick CRCA sheet, angle iron of size - 40X40X6

It will be compartmentalised type having seperate space and arrangement for busbars & cable alley,

The incoming and outgoing switches will be connected with the 99.99 % pure tinned copper 43 V 415 A (4 x 50 x 5 mm) busbar with suitable colour (R, Y, B and Black ) PVC cover

2 Nos 20 X 3 ( 20X 5 mm for >400A) copper strip shall be fixed all around the panel and will be connected to 2 nos copper earth bus bar connected to incoming earth conductor

It will be powder coated after seven tank pretreatment process and the paint thickness will be 60 micron.All tests should be made for the complete panel.The following switches & accessories will be fixed in the panel (The panel should be manufacture from CPRI approved manufacturaaers and before panel fabrication an auto cade drawing must be approved from EIC
