Eligibility Criteria: " As per clause 2.13, 2.13.1, 2.13.2(b) and 2.13.3 to 2.13.5 of Bid Document Version 14.0 or latest with all corrigendums/ amendments if any issued before closing of tender shall be applicable. For the purpose of this tender, a similar item shall mean: Panels rated 110V AC/DC or higher, suitable for rolling stock applications; or Items supplied by regular vendors listed in the latest RCF-approved electrical vendors directory in the last four years as on the date of tender opening; or Same items previously supplied by the firm. "
