S&F prelaminated fire resistance PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5mm thick stck on inner frame of work of 35mm wide strio of 5mmm thick rigid foam sheet . The strip should have a groove of 6mm width and 2mm depth for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the all and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 300mm c/c. M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 2mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all Sanding of the putty surface with 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application (Model; EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a miximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes complete all as specified and directed.
