Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, including 5.5mm thick glass and wiremesh complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

The classroom desk 2 seater shall have as overall dimension of 1050 mm (L) x 450 mm (W) x 760 mm (H). The desktop shall measure 1050 mm x 450 mm and include an inbuilt pencil tray for student convenience. The top shall be made from 18 mm thick Pre-Laminated Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), ISI-Marked as IS : 14587, ensuring strength, durability and a smooth surface finish. The edges of the top shall be finished using injection moulded edge beading made of PPCP (Plypropylene Co-Polymer), providing surperior bonding and long life. All four corners of the top shall be rounded for student safety and to prevent accidental injuries. The desk shall include two welded bag hooks made from 5 mm diameter MS Wire, Positioned conveniently for hanging school bags. A wire mess tray shall be provided beneath the worktop for keeping stationery books and personal items. The understructure of the desk shall be made from mild steel tubes of 38 x 19 x 1.6 mm welded together using MIG welding technology for precision and strength. the complete metal structure shall be pre-treated and powder coated (min 45 microns) to resist corrosion and wear. All open tube ends shall be securely sealed with heavy-duty polypropylene (PP) end caps for safety and a neat finish. The chair shall have a robust understructure fabricated from mild steel tubes of 38 x 19 x 1.6 mm and 30 x 12 x 1.6 mm thickness welded using the MIG process for consistent quality and strength. The seat and backrest shall be made of ergonomically designed blow-moulded shells providing high impact resistance and durablity. The seat shell shall feature three round grooves to enhace structural strength and comfort. All open tube ends of the chair shall be capped with heavyduty nylon caps to prevent damge to flooring and ensure user safety. All metal parts shall be securely welded to ensure optimal strength and safety pre-treated through a min seven stage process, and epoxy powder coated to a thickness of 50 microns (± 10) in approved shade.
