Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and sand,ilt or other loose soil, wet sand, or soilt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shutlering and bailing out water and cleaning and leveling the site etc complete

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with sand filling in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and filling with well gravel including watering and consolidation with initial lead and lifts etc complete complying with standard specification.

Conveying the excavated earth from 0 to 15KM including loading trasporting and unloading charges etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 148 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including ; cost and conveyance of alli materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plain surface such as rectangular column top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill, slabs, sun shade etc., in all floors using mild steel slabs of sizes 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., complete as directed. M-20 CONCRETE - Providing and laying in position, standarised design mix M-20 Grade using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.70 cu.m.)940.50Kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (2.80 cu.m.)462.00Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed jelly and with about (4.25 cu.m.)701.25Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without Clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the exces usage of materials as per design mix. SI No 81

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS or R.T.S bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9''x43/8''x2 3/4'' including finishing, curing etc complete complying with standard specification (S.I. 306)

Plastering with cemetn mortar (1:5) 12mm, thick in all floors incluidng cost and coneynace of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete as per standard specifications (S.I. 306)

Platering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete as per standard specification (S.I.306)

Supplying and laying in flooring with fully polished sinthetic grey clour granite stone of 10mm thick (average) of 2'x1'in size laid in cement mortar 1:2-20mm thick & pointed with same color of cement etc complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with redy mixed plastic emulsion paint approved qulity and color over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc complete as per standard specification -10 sq.m

Paving the floor with vitrified floor tiles (Anti-skid) of size 60x60cm of approved brand and color marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cemtn mortar 1:3 (one cemtn and three sand) 20mm thick using first qulity marbontie tiles of size 60x60cm and point with colour cemtn neatly and fixed in positon so as to make prfectly smooth and to alignment etc, complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc (manually operated -up to 8sqm. area)

Supply and fixing of MS doors and windows with necessary MS frames including painting with one coat of red oxide paint with locking arrangements including all cost and conveyance etc complete

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia 0 intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between.
