Design, Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Effluent treatment plant of capacity 25 KLD for including all civil work, complete as per OEM design, all as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

One no. Fine bar screen chamber in MSEP construction fitted with screen of MSEP construction as per given specifications.

One no. Oil & Grease Chamber in RCC M 30 with one no of oil skimmer construction

One no. Equalization tank in RCC M 30 construction fitted with air grid of uPVC construction for providing aeration in the tank

Two nos. (1 working & 1 standby) raw effluent centrifugal monobloc self-priming pump with all necessary accessories and fittings, to be installed for transferring Effluent from equalization tank to process. Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

Two nos. (1 working & 1 standby) Twin lobe Air blower of with motor and all necessary accessories & fittings, for providing air.

One no. Coagulation tank in MSEP construction fitted with agitator as per the given specifications

One set of Lime dosing system comprising of solution tank in HDPE and 2 nos. (1 working and 1 standby) electronic metering type dosing pump, as specified, with necessary connection.

One set of Alum dosing system comprising of solution tank in HDPE and 2 nos. (1 working and 1 standby) electronic metering type dosing pump, as specified, with necessary connection.

One set of Acid dosing system comprising of solution tank in HDPE and 2 nos. (1 working and 1 standby) electronic metering type dosing pump, as specified, with necessary connection.

One no. Flocculation tank in MSEP construction fitted with agitator as per the given specifications

One no. Primary tube settler tank in MSEP construction with all internals comprising of media, supporting structure & collection trough as per specifications.

One No of Sludge Bag Unit

One no. MBBR tank in MSEP construction with all internals comprising of media, supporting structure with uPVC air grid & uPVC riser pipe, media retaining screen as per specifications

One no. Secondary tube settler tank in MSEP construction with all internals comprising of media, supporting structure & collection trough as per specifications and drawings.

Two nos. (1 working & 1 standby) Effluent centrifugal monobloc self-priming sludge bag feed pumps with motor and timer-based operation for set time after every set interval of time, with all necessary accessories and fittings for transferring sludge from bottom of the Tube settler to the sludge bag. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

One set of DWPE dosing system comprising of solution tank in HDPE fitted with agitator and 2 nos. (1 working and 1 standby) electronic metering type dosing pump, as specified, with necessary connection.

One no. Chlorine contact cum filter feed tank in MSEP construction as per specifications and drawings.

One set of Chlorine dosing system comprising of solution tank in HDPE and 2 nos. (1 working and 1 standby) electronic metering type dosing pump, as specified, with necessary connection.

Two nos. (1 working & 1 standby) centrifugal monobloc Filter feed pumps with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings, to be installed for feeding tertiary unit. Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

One no. of Dual media filter complete with media, frontal piping valve and pressure gauge to measure pressure across the filter

One no. of Activated carbon filter complete with media, frontal piping valve and pressure gauge to measure pressure across the filter

One no. Treated water storage tank in HDPE construction as per specifications and drawings.

One lot of Piping & valves to interconnect various units as per site layout.

One lot of Power & control LT Cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with aluminum conductor of size as shown on drawing. Note: The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland, cutting of hard surface, excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection and making good to disturbed surface etc is included.

Notes: 1. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for spares, tools and chemicals required for commissioning and operation of the plant for a period of one month from the date of certified completion. 2. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for operation of the plant for a period of one month.
