Clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under growth and roots for making approach to septic tanks, arround manholes, manhole to manhole for sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres out side the periphery of the area under clearance, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mechanically pumping out of sewage water/ sludge from septic tanks / man holes / soakage well / filter bed by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out by using suction pumps and filling the foul materials into covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material out side the contonment area, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc. 1.50m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.50m depth and n.exc. 3.00m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil cutting by chisel or mechanical plant , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5m deep but n. exceeding 3.0 m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil cutting by chisel or mechanical plant , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 3m deep but n. exceeding 4.50 m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil cutting by chisel or mechanical plant , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard rock , complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots of any depth, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm all as specified.as in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials n'exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newely/ old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as directed

M & L for PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, Diameter of outlet in 75 mm, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position (Reinforced), complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pre-cast cover slabs for manholes including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge (Only reinforcement will be paid seperately).

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in pavings 100mm thick finished even and smooth using extra cement at road cuttings/ foothpath

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
