Removal of existing damaged multi cell Polycarbonate sheets along with fixing accessories wherever required over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements and including stacking of serviceable materials at location as directed by Engineer-In-Charge & disposal of all unserviceable materials to the outside of airport premises, for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of the roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean & good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height, like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Design, Providing & fixing Standing Seam Multi cell/Multi wall/X-structure UV protected Polycarbonate panel system of thickness not less than 16mm and with min 5 layers, and width not less than 600 mm suitable to the existing MS structure/MS runner to with stand wind load as per IS 875 part-3, 2015 for Chennai over the roof of Terminal T1 & T4 with all required accessories like U-connector, aluminium profile with EPDM gaskets, anti-dust tapes, glazing bar etc., for fixing to existing steel structure, without damaging existing roof components & supporting arrangements, The rate is inclusive of all lifts and leads , transportation ,required men ,materials ,machineries tools , plants etc. from ground to roof and also making the area ,neat , clean & good etc. as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is also inclusive of transportation cost of material, labour and machineries like boom lift, scissor lift to access the height along with tools and accessories etc. The rate is also inclusive of engaging trained and factory authorized labourers by manufacturer with supervisor to complete the entire panel installation as per drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note : The entire system including all materials should be given 10 years warranty against all damages and water leaking

Providing & fixing extra per 2mm thick polycarbonate panel with accessories for the skylight application over and above item no.2 to withstand wind load as per IS 875 part - 3 2015 for Chennai and meeting technical specifications

Application of Weather Silicone Sealant of approved make where ever required to make water tight including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc., as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing structural design and vetting for the existing polycarbonate sheet roofing to ensure wind load-bearing capacity as per IS 875 Part III. The scope includes site inspection, evaluation of the existing configuration, structural adequacy checks, and submission of design documents with detailed calculations and drawings, in compliance with relevant IS codes. If the existing configuration is found adequate, certified design documents, drawings, and supporting calculations shall be submitted. If the exisiting configuration is found inadequate, a revised design with complete drawings and calculations shall be provided. The final design shall be vetted and certified by a reputed Government Institute such as Anna University, IIT Chennai, or equivalent
