Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site ( Site will be shown by the TWAD Board Officers) including construction of mud pit.

Reaming 140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Upto 60 m depth ending below ground level

Supply of 160 mm PVC Special Blue casing pipe of best approved quality etc complete as directed by the departmental officers. The pipe should got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and fixing the P.V.C. end cap of 160 mm dia at the end of P.V.C. casing pipe etc., complete complying with standard specification. The bore cap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the executive engineer before use on works.

Charges for developing the Borewell with air compressor of 300 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation, labour and fuel charges for compressoretc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers and conducting yield test by ‘V’ notch method.

Supplying and fixing HDPE pipe for sub-mergible pump in Bore well (class-5 1 MPa or 10 Kg / cm2 pressure) of best approved quality including welding wherever necessary etc., complete as directed by the Executive Engineer. The pipe should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supply of 2 HP single phase deep borewell Jet motor with pumpset with 1 1/4 suction head and 1" deeming head with jet empty with ISI mark suction 100 feet and delivery 50 feet including labour charges for errection of deep borewell pumpset of 2 HP with all accessories including clamp set and laying of GI pipe fixing function head, air pipe inside the borewell and supplying and fixing of Electrical panel board consisting del. Starter of 2 HP deep borewell Jet pump set 15 Amp main switch, fuse carrier, indicator lamp in bottom holder, main switch preventor, capacitor with board including labour charges for assembling the panel board including power supply connection servicing etc., complete as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve with BIS make of the following dia including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete complying with standard specifications (for both internal and external water supply arrangements). The valves to be used on work shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying, fixing of cylindrical vertical notational polythene water storage tank of 2000 litres capacity confirming to I S. 12701 / 96. the tank is meant for outer (or) indoor, use complete with removable hinged top locking arrangements and to make provision to fix with simply pipe lines necessary manhole with cover and including all PVC specials, plugs, screws, nails to fix the tank etc., and the tank should be fixed firmly as directed. The rate shall inclusive of all materials labour, conveyance, hoistings and fixing charges etc., (The water tank should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works by the dept., Officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works - External water supply above ground level / Below ground level.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturig, supplying and fixing of purlin with new mild steel square tube purlin of size 50mm x 50mm x 40mm superior quality including cost of welding, finishinh with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat including cost of transportation, loading and unloading welding etc., complete.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with One finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) Paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
