Annual Maintenance Contract Services for plumbing and other building services at SECTOR- 3 of the campus

PART-A: Maintenance work

A)Attending complaints round the clock relating to water supply & distribution system & sanitary system of all water supply & sanitary installations, fittings and acessories of the building covered under the scope of work . The following works are included in this item :- (i) Rectifying the defects ii) Repairing, replacement of all fittings etc. iii) cleaning of concealed pipe lines 15 mm to 40 mm dia by using Air Compressor iv) sealing of leakage in undergrond/overground pipe lines, concealed pipes/valves/joints etc. v) cleaning of water cooler vi) Providing GI spout in the down slab and reparing of rain water and CI soil/vent pipe line including removing of weeds,shrub etc. vii) Cleaning/removing of all debries, weeds, shrub etc. from the slab and roof. viii) Cleaning of grass / jungle , garbage up to plinth protection area around the institue building mentionad above ix) Reparing and replacing of Ball Cock for water tank and x) all other related misc. works as necessary to maintain regular flow of water in pipes as well as in all intakes as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Required materials for replacement will be supplied by the Institute free of cost (Necessary tools & tackles & air compressor to be arranged by contractor at his own cost). B) Attending to complaints for fitting & fixing of tower bolts, Al drops, lock, door stopper, handle etc. in wooden doors, windows, ventilators etc. This scope also include opening of doors due to lock problem & replacement of door lock, broken glass opf doors, windows, ventilators etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Required materials for replacement will be supplied by the Institute free of cost (Necessary tools & tackles & air compressor to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) (Area covered under the scope of work). C)Attending complaints repairing / replacement all types of aluminium works including replacement / rectification of defective door locks, fitting, fixing of handle, L-drop, tower bolt, hinges, door stopper etc.

Cleaning of roof area as well as sanitary & water pipe line shaft mentioned bellow, all types of scrap materials ,vegetation, removing of all debries,weeds,shrub etc. from the slab, roofs, shaft of pipe line of the buildings and disposal the same to a distance place from the buildings as per direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Cleaning of plinth area as mentioned bellow, all types of scrap materials ,vegetation, removing of all debries,weeds,shrub etc. from the buildings and disposal the same to a distance place from the buildings as per direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Sub total amount of Part A: Maintenance work for 12 months as per manpower analysis at Annexure-A

PART-B: Development works

Sub total amount of Part B: Development works for 12 months at Annexure-B [Inclusive of GST]

Bidder have to quote in next two sheets (PartA and PartB) and fingure will be automatically filled in this Abstract sheet.

Please ensure to quote rate in every item (blue box). If any item is left unquoted in next two sheets (PartA and PartB), the tender will be rejected
