Supply & fitting of new round column pipe of M.S. sheet IS 2062 Grade Fe-410 WA with 8mm thickness to repair the complete Y-body along with flange (excluding Motor stool & base plate) should be epoxy coated inside & outside with two coats of anticorrosive paint, provide with flanged joint to permit easy assembly and dismantling (for 50 Cs Pump).

Supply & Fixing of delivery pipe and syphon bend with minimum thickness of 8mm (Minimum) sheet MS IS-2062 Grade Fe-410 WA, length of delivery pipe 21+1feet and ID 27 inch, should be epoxy coated with anticorrosive paint (Two coat) along with flanges, siphon breaker valve and support (as per existing frame having 2 channels & cross members)as per sample & specifications and site requirement (for 50 Cs Pump).

Supply & Fixing of H.S. Nut & Bolts of suitable size (for 50 Cs Pump).

Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Completion period is 4 Months from issue date of order to proceed with the work. 8. Warranty must be 18 Months or 2500 Operation hours, whichever is earlier from the date of completion of work. 9. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents. 10. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 11. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 12. The bidders must create their contractor ID on HEW Portal (https://works.haryana.gov.in ) and accordingly upload the contractor profile summary in bidding documents. 13. Old scrap will be property of the department, if any. 14. Firms enlisted by the Department for Repair / Rehabilitation of pump can only participate.
