Providing and laying of GI pipes complete with cost of G.I pipes/fittings/gate valves/ sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / distribution system / all types of pipe specials & installation of tap connection as per site requirement including carriage.

B) Civil Work

Construction of dug Well in all kinds of souls (70% all kinds +30% ordinary rock) of 06 mtrs dia having depth 9.00 mtrs with 1:1:5:3 mix in walls, bed slab and gola and 1:2:4 mix cement concrete in beams, slabs, dome, walls etc. FPS brick wok of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:3 mix with standard specifications of mud, flooring in 1:2:4 and cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:3 mix & 6mm plaster in 1:3, complete with admixtures fittings, steel built up sections, providing and fixing 1mm thick MS steel door with frame 40x40x6mm, painting with synthetic paint, finishing wall with water proofing cement paint, white washing in lime, making plinth protection in 1:3:6 mix and carriage of material (complete job-details specification to be provided at the time of execution by engineers incharge as per established practices and specification including water proofing and finishing all complete (Turn key basis).

Construction of 50000 Glns Cap GSR round in shape with internal diameter of 8.00 mtrs and dome height of 7.30 mtrs from gsr bed inclusive of free board and dome curvature and trench depth of 1.80 mtrs below ground level in all kinds of soil inclusive of trench excavation by manual means with required cement concrete shall confurmed to relevant IS code pertainting to water retaining structure in bed slab and gola, beams, slabs, bome, walls etc. with standard spacifications of brick mat, plinth protection, valve pit, drain etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, flooring in 1:2:4 and cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:4 mix complete with admixtures, GP Sheet Strip water seals at construction joints, CI Main hole cover with frame, AC plain bends with access, GI bends 3" dia and interconetteing G.I Pipe 100mm dia laid in trench, fitting, finishing with cement based paint steel built-up sections and carriage of material ( complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. Construction of Anchor Blocks of size 0.80x0.70x0.90 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, embedded 0.40 mtrs in ground including excavation, centering shuttering, sturtting, propering etc., all complete inclusive all carriage of material. (Turn key basis)

construction of 16mm dia steel ripe crossing by way of earthwork in excavation by manual means in tranches in all kinds of soil, with an average depth 1.50 mtrs and 1;3:6 mix cement concrete with standard specifications an fixing of 100mm dia G.I pipes over steel rope (complete Job details specifications to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. 12 Nos (Turn key basis)

Construction of valve chambers of internal size 2.20x2.20 mtrs square in shape in trench below ground level with depth of 1.45 mtrs and valve thickness 0.20 mtrs having overall internal depth of 1.25 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 grade laid over mud mat 1:4:8 mix of thickness 0.20 mtrs covered with RCC slab 1:2:4 mix having overall size 3.10x3.10x0.10 with reinforcement @ 100 kg /cum, fixing manhole cover with frame of angle iron and MS sheet etc. finishing smooth with 15mm thick cement plaster in coarse sand in 1:4 mix from inside/outside, centering, shuttering including shuttering, propping carriage all complete details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-in-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. c. ELECTRO MECHANICAL COMPONENTS (Dug Well)

Providing , instalation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPHx180 mtrs head HC Pumping unit with allied accessories.

Providing , instalation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPHx8-13 mtrs head mono sub. Pumping unit with allied works.

Design, fabrication, instalation, testing and commissioning of 110 ampere LT control panel cum fault analyer cum auto starter cum protection panel with allied works.

Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 KVA voltage stablizer with allied works.

Electric Components Laying of HT line on ST poles 09 mtrs long using ACSR Wease conductor with 52 mtrs span.

Thicknening of conductor from 50 sqmm to 100 sqmm on existing poles and insrtion of 11 meter ST poles to avoid breakdown.

Erection of pole mounted 100 KVA Distribution Sub Station.
