Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including including casing and caping of suitable size, with all accessories, on wall/ ceiling, sunken switch / terminal box 1.12 mm thick, suitable for 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet or plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chasis in wall/ floor/ ceiling and making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but for one 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground, vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc including 15mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5m length, connecting the earth lead to earth connection in the main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 including neccessary excavation in disintergrated hard rock, filling earth upto 15 mm thick and providing earth pit, 20mm dia GI funel, PCC earth chamber, 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including 25mm/32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as unit run.

M & L for submain wiring with four runs of 6 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including 25mm/32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: Four runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as unit run.
