Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry/ concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6). and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and moulding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as speicfied and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets/snap grid/frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including 4 mm thick non asbestor E-board, HSPC, designer fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 24 mm outer dia, stainless steel, curtain rail/rod, heavy duty, minimum 1mm wall thick including brackets, side holder and rings etc fixed to /wall etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Stainless steel decorative finials and stainless steel brackets shall be provided for each leangth of curtain rail/rod and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoated rate. (ii) Length of of curtain rail/rod shall only be measured for payments)

M & L for Preparation of old treated asbestos cement surfaces of ceiling etc of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick (avarage), Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, etc and finished the surface rough to received sreed bed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers, VTPN etc any capacity including all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring for one light/exhaust fan/fan point/call bell controlled by one way switch with two runs of single core 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS (ISI marked) drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing capping (ISI marked) (aprox size 20/25/40mm width) surface type with all fittings/fixtures such as Tee, Bend, elbow, socketr, shaddle etc including 1.5mm thick MS sunken/terminal box including 3mm thick backelite sheet cover for fixing flush type switches, sockets, regulators etc. including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLS [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board complete all as specified and as directed.
