M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in internal walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on celling / facia complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of New plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over one a coat of interior alkali resistant primer on wall complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair kitchen sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.00mm thick with waste coupling and waste pipe, incl bedding in CM to wall or incl fixing cantilever brackets, over all size 915mmx450mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and 3 mm cement mortar slurry topping for floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 6 to 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.22 above but size 300mmx200mmx6 to 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and finished rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L green Marble work 15 mm to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform (providing suitable hole for LPG pipe), window cill, steps, stair case trade & riser etc in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Bhaislana Zebra incl dismantling of existing tile/stone of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 750 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I including necessary tank nipple,after disconnecting existing tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made pre laminated 18mm thick lead free 100% solid WPC(wood polymer composit) sheet one side prelam sheet and other side wood nature colour for cupboard shutter having high natural fiber contant 25 to 30 % wood colour sheet with density not less than 600 kg /Cbm bent 90° incl 100% termite/water proof, fire rertradent, Eco friendly, and finish at all edges at level for making edges lipping using binding tape etc as in Kitchen cupboard,Cabinet etc., complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge & Manufacturer specification.

All as per Srl item No.49 but both side plain without printed.
