Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stne aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-floor, sub-base, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-floor, sub-base, floors etc, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-floor, sub-base, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size, of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, confirming to IS 15658-2006, fixed with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face set in cemet mortar 1:4 including formwork complete all as specified and directed.
