Laying, Stringing, Clamping & jointing etc. of ZEBRA conductor in all SIX Phase including Hoisting of insulator, Fixing of Fitting, Vibration Damper etc. between section

Laying, Stringing, Clamping & jointing etc. of OPGW including Fixing of Fittings, Vibration Damper& Joint Box etc. between

Tack-Welding of Bolt & Nuts upto bottom section (Approx)

Providing & Earthing of Tower with Pipe Type Earthing Equipment Set (1 Job per Tower)

Dewatering of Foundation Pits for Completing Foundation work (1 Job per Tower) if applicable

Fabrication of Tower Parts which are required for erection of damaged NBDB+6 Tower.

Dismantling & Other associated Work Line Section.

De-Tack Welding of Tower's Nut & Bolts for safe Dismantling of Towers (Approx)

Safe Dismantling of Tower using Gas Cutter as required for Cutting of Welded Nut & Bolt / bend tower part to clear the site excluding De-Tack Welding.(1 job per tower)

Safe Dismantling/ Dehoisting of ACSR ZEBRA conductor of all SIX Phase between Section Towers

Safe Dismantling/ Dehoisting of OPGW between Section Towers

Transportation of following detailed material

Carriage of new 1 No. 'C+0' Type Towers 220 KV DC Tower part material incl nut& bolt & excl. conductor & OPGW from UPPTCL Store (distance Approx 150 KM)

Safe loading, carriage, unloading & Stacking of dismantled Tower (1 Nos.) & material excl. conductor & OPGW from Site to 220KV Sub Station Naubasta(1 Job per Tower)

Misc. Works for Line

Immediate Mobolization of Foundation, Erection & Stringing Gang for attending of Tower with all T&P and man power required for completion of the work in mininum period and returmn back of the gnag after completion of the work(1 job for each type of Gang)

Round the clock watch & ward of line between section towers upto construction Work, so that the Tower Parts/Conductors/Material theaft may be avoided (1 job per day)

Butt joint of Damaged stub Legs of NB+6 Tower. The job include breaking of chimeny at least 1.5 mtr from top, cutting of damage stub, fitting with new stub at proper place with the help of plate inside and outside both, nut bolt, welding etc. & finally repairing of chimney by R.C.C. including reinforcement bars. (1 job per Stub leg)
