Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) on on previously painted surface over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-2 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densifiedr Armstrong false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 x12 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .

Providing & Making & Fixing of Wall Pannelingas on damaged surface The surface cladded with 6mm Water Proof & Fire Retardent ply fitted with the help of nails sulution on wall surface as per the approved design all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by the Architect/ Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing , fixing and Fabrication of Low Height wooden partition cladded with MIRANDI Frame of 2"x1.5" size Placed horizontally & vertically both way@ 2' c/c the frame work fitted in floor with help of nail ,screw then frame work cover with 12 mm plywood from both side with the help of fevicol nail, screw , then making groove with 6 mm MDF with the help of nail, screw . The final Surface to be finished 1 mm Laminate on both side and Groove painted or polish including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work approved design by E/I

Providing & fixing mm toughned glass Partition with 12 mm modi float glass fixed edge to edge as per design and drawing and polished where reqired along with neccesry hardware all complete as per drawing ,specification and direction as approved by E/I
