Disconnecting transformer from the circuitry by way of dismantelling of all jumpers/droppers

Removing of Cable Connections

Removal/draining of old Transformer Oil from the Transformer Tank including shifting of Drained Oil Barrels to Divisional Stores Bemina

Removal /Cleaning the sludge from the transformer bottom portion including cleaning (hot bath), Inspection and testing of transformer including drying/replacement of silica gel,checking of buchholz relay, surge relay, conservator oil level indicator, temperature sensors, cooling system, measurement of IR value, other recommended tests, and cleaning of Transformers.

Erection of temporary shed for filtration of transformer oil

Providing and installation of Silica Gel Breather including fresh silica gel for main Body including OLTC

Providing & Replacement of Damaged Gaskets including Top Lid Gasket by removal of HV / LV Bushes and neutral Bushes etc for removal of Top Lid and re erection of same after completion of work complete job.

Supply of Fresh Power Oil (APAR Or SERVO Make) with Approximately 2% Additional Quantity including Transportation, Handling and carriage upto Site.

Refilling of the fresh Transformer Oil including Dehydration /Filtration of Transformer as required to get good insulation resistance of the Transformer Winding and good BDV of the Oil including transportation and manual carriage /Loading & Un Loading of OIL from divisional store bemina to GS Kangan

Providing of new Bucholz Relay including installation

Providing of new PRV including installation

Providing of new OSR including installation

Replacement of Raditor Valves

Replacement of Drain Valves

General Cleanig and Painting of Transformer, Radiators, MK Box completeJob

Laying of 132kV Isolator Foundation (As per the Drawings Submitted by the Department)

Erection Testing & Commissioning of 132kV Isolator including erection of Lattice Type Supporting Structure ( 132kV Isolator & Supporting Structure Available At Site)
