SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN PORTION OF MAIN ROAD FROM EME GATE TO PANAMA CHOWK, MADHYA MARG AND SOME INTERNAL ROADS OF MD ACCN NEARBY PANAMA AREA UNDER GE BHOPAL

M&L for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and n nexc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing scarified black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as spd and directed.

M&L and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M & L for preparing Unsurfaced WBM/WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, swe-eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a primer / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm, using paving bitumen (VG-10), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-30 grade paving bitumen (4% by weight of total mix) to meet the desired requirement as mentioned in Particular Specification, mixing bituminous concrete in computerized hot mixing plant, laying and spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 12 tonne vibratory road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27:2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced @ Rs. 46.49 per Kg.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a primer / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm, using paving bitumen (VG-10), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position at or near ground level to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for for preparation of kerb stone surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of different colour for neat and smooth finishing complete all as specified and as directed.
