Dismantling of stone or brick masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3M height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth to proper slope and profile with supply of all labour and tools and plants, all materials all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth to proper slope and profile with supply of all labour and tools and plants, all materials all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

C.C (1:3:6) using 4cm size crusher broken granite metal quarried, free from weathered skin and foreign materials of approved quality including hoisting, lowering laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level compacting in layers and finishing the exposed surface smooth curing for required time, providing beeds and grooves including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Closed deep chipping and cleaning to R.C.C. surface for receiving cement plaster all materials all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12mm. thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) after racking out the joints, rounding the corner where necessary including watering, curing and finishing including cost, conveyance & royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance and other taxes (binding wires cost included 18 to 20 gauge) etc. complete in all respect including all leads & lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P and labour cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for all C.C. and R.C.C. works including false work and dismentalling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For Foundation and Plinth)

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for all C.C. and R.C.C. works including false work and dismentalling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For Walls and Fins)

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20 H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and technical including cost, conveyance, all taxes for all the materials and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Labour for laying and fixing reinforced cement concrete hume pipes with collars jointed with cement mortar (1:3) complete including cost, conveyance royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T& P required for the item etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (RCC HP 600 mm dia)

Labour for laying and fixing reinforced cement concrete hume pipes with collars jointed with cement mortar (1:3) complete including cost, conveyance royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T& P required for the item etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (RCC HP 1000 mm dia)

Filling the foundation and plinth with sand with watering and ramming to the required condition including all cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials and including supplying of all labour and T&P required for the item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with all by mechanical means . T&P materials and labour cess as required for the work finished smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
