Re-alignment of machine shaft , supply & installation of MIV trunnion shaft and servicing of MIV, re-babbitting of TGB thrust pads, End and Mid bearing and commissioning of 2MW LB Unit at BGS

RE BABBITING-Dismantling of bearings and pads from housing,Rebabbiting of 10 nos TGB Thrust Pad along with all accessories,Rebabbiting of Turbine Guide Bearing, Mid Bearing & End Bearing along with floating seals and all accessories,Material composite test, UT test and DP test should be done for Re-babbitted material,Assembly of re-babbited bearings with Blue Match,Submitting the video graphs of Re-babbiting and reports of Re-babbiting.RE-ALIGNMENT-The reason for shifting of Generator shaft by 2 to 3 mm shall be analyzed and rectification works needs to be carried out,Complete dismantling, assembling, painting and re-alignment of machine Shaft,Inspection of Turbine shaft Journal surface and repairs if required,Inspection/Replacement of worn out bushes and seals of Guide Vane, if necessary,Inspection and repair of Labyrinth ring, face plates, Guide Vanes and Runner,Guide Vanes bed setting,TGB water cooler descaling work to improve the efficiency of cooler,Complete assembly of machine,Checking the magnetic axis of the Generator and to ensure its alignment, Checking of the Unit leveling at all places and complete alignment of Machine Shaft,Testing & commissioning of complete machine,Painting of Entire machine,Checking of Vibration & Site balancing of machine,Submission of Vibration, Balancing & Alignment reports.FLOW SWITCH-Supply and Installation of Flow Switch (Flow Rate110 lpm) along with 01 NO 01 NC Contact for inlet and outlet lubrication oil pipelines,Supply and Installation of Pressure Switch (30Bar) for inlet and outlet lubrication oil pipelines,Supply and Installation of Level Switch for in TGB Oil sump.REPLACEMENT OF NEW MIV TRUNION SHAFT-Dismantling of MIV counter weight, MIV Servomotor assembly, and other related parts,Lifting of MIV from the bed,Transportation of MIV to the firms place, if required,Replacing old Nitrile Rubber Trunnion Seals with existing profile by new one on both sides,Replacements of MIV Trunnion Shaft. Providing of necessary drawings,Material composite test, UT test and DP test should be done for new Trunnion Shaft & Trunnion Seals, Bushes etc,All related fasteners and Dowel pin to be replacing by new one,Drive and Non drive end Trunnion Bush, Cupseals, Stop end plate, Washer Ring etc need to be replacing by new one,Repair of MIV Discand Main body to be attended, if required,Supply and replacement of MIV DISC rubber seal,Pressure Testing and Commissioning should be carried out as per standard in presence of KPCL engineers,All Tools & Tackles required for the above mentioned works shall be arranged by Contactor only.
