M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc,confirming to IS: 15622 : 2006 grade B II (a) matt superior finish flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed15 mm thick in CM 1:6 as bedding layer for floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of grade B-III, 7 to 8mm thick of size 350x250mm/ 450 x350 mm or of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match foor tile over a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces all as specified.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc.. but excluding ashlar facing etc.. complete all as specified.
