Providing Annual Operation & Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of the Fire Fighting System, installed in Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital, Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre, Psychiatry Building & Faculty of Dental Sciences, IMS, BHU, Varanasi (U.P.) including provision of daily consumable items such as battery water, washer for coupling, landing valve, branch pipe, extinguishers etc., gaskets, nut-bolts, packing, glands, thimbles, ICs, fuses as required. The scope of work and specification alongwith deployment of manpower/staff is enclosed as Annexure-A1.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of electrical installation of buildings at Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU through round the clock in three shift including Sunday and holidays as per terms & conditions to attend day to day complaints of E.I. and fans, including installation like panel boards, feeder pillars, DBs, rising mains, switches, power and light outlets, cables end termination/straight jointing kits & wiring etc. including cleaning the installations and fans etc. complete as required and Routine, Operation and comprehensive maintenance of street light, compound light, Security light, Garden lights, different type LED/conventional fittings of different wattage installed on poles / walls / periphery of buildings and Passages etc. and different water fountains as required by Engineer In-charge in Sthapana Sthal Premises, IMS BHU.The following buildings shall be covered in the scope. 1. Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital and New Service cum Administrative Block (UPS Building). 2. Bone Marrow Transplantation Stem Cell Research Centre. 3. Psychiatric Building. 4. Faculty of Dental Sciences. The description/details of electrical items and manpower/staff detail is enclosed in Annexure-A2.

C - Annual Operation Contract (AOC) for round the clock services.

Annual operation contract for round the clock service including holidays for 03 Nos. 11/0.433KV electric distribution substations at Sthapana Sthal Complex, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi as per scope of work and specification is enclosed in Annexure-A3.

D - Lifts at various places of Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU.

Comprehensive Annual maintenance of OTIS/Johnson makes lifts from OEM service engineer/mechanic round the clock installed in Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU. As per terms and conditions/ schedule (Annexure -1,2,3,4).

Diesel Tank as per maintenance schedule, scope of work and condition attached including attending faults / breakdown, repairing, servicing as and when required but excluding spare parts as per recommendation of OEM etc. complete as required.

H - Water Supply Services for various buildings (Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital, Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre, Faculty of Dental Sciences, Psychiatry Building) at Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU.

Annual Operation of water supply pump Sets for 24 hours on all working days including holidays and Sundays as required and direction of engineer in-charge. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of electrical panels/ starter of pumps for 7 Nos. 10 HP, 2 Nos. 12.5 HP, 1 Nos. 5 HP, 2 Nos. 7.5 HP - Centrifugal pumps & 01 Nos. 33 HP, 02 Nos. 10 HP, 01 Nos. 5 HP, 01 Nos. 1 HP - Submersible Pumps alongwith main water pipe lines and its associated main valves, joints etc. and pumps starter electric cables shall also be included in the scope. The details of equipment & manpower requirement are enclosed as Annexure–A16. The spares items should be of one to one replacement type with same quality & brand.

Day to day Water supply auxiliary or sub-main pipe lines, fittings, plumbings & sanitary fittings maintenance/repairing/ replacement work shall be carried out by deploying competent manpower/staff in shift of 8 hours round the clock per year, as per direction of Engineer in-charge. The contractor shall arrange all T&P, PPE and Extra Plumber (as and when required) to attend the complaints and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The contractor shall take all precaution and measures for safety of workers while carrying out the work and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The consumables and spares items (Fittings, fixtures and pipes etc.) for work shall be supplied by the contractor/ agency and cost for the same will be included in the scope. The materials supplied by contractor/agency should be of one to one type replacement with same quality & brand. The detail of required manpower/staff is enclosed as Annexure-A16. The works which are not included in the scope and necessary for proper functioning of the system shall also be carried out by the contractor/ agency at no extra cost.

Annual one time cleaning as & when required of all PVC/cemented roof tanks/UG tanks by manual or mechanical machines as per instructions of Engineer in-charge. Repair of the float valve leakage if any nearby the tank and on the roof and re-writing the date of cleaning, capacity of tank as already written on the tank are also in the scope. The bleaching powder & broomstick shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. The waste materials /debris arising out of work shall be removed by the contractor from site to a place as indicated by the Engineer in-charge at no extra cost. The quantity of bleaching powder should be 500gm per 1000Ltrs. capacity of tank upto a maximum of 10kgs. [Note : During cleaning of tanks, contractor should avoid wastage of water].

I - STP/ETP Services for various buildings (Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital, Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre) at Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU.

a) Annual Operation and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) 250KLD as per Annexure- A17. b) Annual Operation and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as per Annexure- A17.

J - Various CCTV of Sthapna Sthal Complex, BHU.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of various CCTV installed in Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital, New Service Cum Administrative Block (UPS Building), Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre at Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU. The brief description/details of installed equipments are enclosed in Annexure – A18.

K – Complain registration and information to concerned staff.

Providing services of 3 Nos. Enquiry clerk/Telephone operator in shift duty (6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, 10 pm to 6 am one in each shift) to received all type of complaints from telephone/online / physically and registered in complaint register and assign to concern workers/staffs/supervisors and compliance of complaints inform the same to Junior Engineer's / Assistant Engineer's on all working days including Sunday and gazetted holidays at Sthapana Sthal Complex, BHU, Varanasi. Contractor shall provide all kinds of communication system to their deputed manpower/staff & to ensure proper relievers for each and every service in shifts. The prices for the same shall include in the scope.

All the above services & maintenance/repairing of various equipments at Sthapana Sthal shall be thoroughly supervised by Junior Engineers round the clock per day including holiday. Contactor shall engage junior engineers for the work as specified above. The details of Junior Engineers are enclosed as Annexure-A19.

Civil-Annual maintainance

Attending all / any type of complaints regarding Sewer Lines and Drainage in Sthapana Sthal Campus by deploying Sewer man in shift of 8 hours, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall arrange all normal T&P, Sewer Pump and Bamboo, Khappachi, Iron rod and Extra Sewer man (as and when required) for attending the complaints and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The contractor shall take all precaution and measures for the safety of workers while carrying out the work. The consumable item for work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on the account of material and T&P .

Attending all / any type of complaints regarding Carpenter work in Sthapana Sthal campus by deploying carpenter in shift of 8 hours as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall arrange all normal T&P for attending the complaints related to doors, window, grills , railing etc and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The contractor shall take all precaution and measures for the safety of workers while carrying out the work and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The consumable (fittings fixtures and wood etc. ) Item for work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on the account of material and T&P .

Attending all / any type of complaints regarding Aluminum partition and door window work related to repair of doors, window and aluminum partition and other associated by deploying skilled staff and helpers as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall arrange all normal T&P for attending the complaints and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The contractor shall take all precaution and measures for the safety of workers while carrying out the work and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The consumable item for work shall be arranged by the contractor

Attending all / any type of complaints regarding masonry work in sthapana sthal complex related to repair of floors, walls, tiles flooring and cladding, granite flooring and cladding by deploying mason and helper as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall arrange all normal T&P for attending the complaints and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The contractor shall take all precaution and measures for the safety of workers while carrying out the work and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The consumable item for work shall be arranged by the contractor.

Attending all / any type of complaints in sthapana sthal complex regarding distempring , putty, painting etc work by deploying painters and helper as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall arrange all normal T&P for attending the complaints and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The contractor shall take all precaution and measures for the safety of workers while carrying out the work and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The consumable item (paint, distemper etc.) for work shall be arranged by the contractor. and nothing extra shall be paid on this account
