Taking down carefully copper/alumunium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendents regulators, sockets and tube light fittings etc, removing materials from site and making good distrubed surface of wall, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down main switches DBs with sheet metal enclosure 2/4/6/8 way SPN/TPN/DBs etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable stranded copper conductor single core in casing caping of 20/25 mm size complete with PVC rectangular block with 3mm thick for mounting switch/ sockets regulators etc.and with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire and connected to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for one ceiling fan point controlled by one way switch.

Taking down exhaust fan of any Sweep by disconnecting Electric Connection, dismantling Blades, and removing exhaust Fan to MES STORE YARD for Check-ing including refixing it to its original position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Opening Stator of Exhaust fan of 300mm sweep and Cleaning of Parts properly, replacement of unserviceable Parts as ordered, Greasing Moveable Parts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Unserviceable Parts viz Ball Bearing, Bush, Capacitor, Blades, etc. shall be Measured and Paid separately under respective Items as mentioned here-in-after.

M&L for re-winding the coil of Exhaust fan of 300 sweep with Supper Enameled Copper Wire of same Gauge and same Weight with Insulation Paper, Varnishing, ball bearing and Heating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Ball Bearing as ordered suitable for Exhaust Fan 300mm Sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE : SKF/TATA/NBC

Re-assemble the Exhaust fan of any sweep after repaired and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Capacitor 4.0 MFD 440 Volts AC 50Hz, as approved suitable for Exhaust Fan of any Sweep and Make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing Surfaces of exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep of any make, cleaning dust and oil using steel brush and soap water, filling cavities with Filler and applying one Coat wiof synthetic enamel paint by spraying complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Ceiling Fan of any sweep and make by disconnecting electric connection, dismantling Blades, down rod and removing Ceiling fan from existing place for Checking of defects, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Opening Stator of Ceiling Fan 1200/ 1400mm Sweep Cleaning of Parts, replacement of Unserviceable Parts as ordered, Greasing of Moveable Parts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Unserviceable Parts viz burnt coil, Ball Bearing, Bush, Capacitor, etc. shall be Measured and Paid separately under respective Items as mentioned here-in-after.

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 MFD 440 Volts AC 50Hz, suitable for Ceiling Fan of any Sweep and Make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hanging only Ceiling Fan of any sweep and make and connecting up electric connection from Ceiling Rose/Connector to Fan with flexible wire including replacing some minor unserviceable spares like canopy, rubber Reel, split pin, down rod etc. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for painting of ceiling fan of 1200 /1400 mm sweep with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer after preparing the painting surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 6 sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated aluminium stranded condcutor with inner sheathed of PVC tape abd over all PVC sheathed for service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 mtr apart including 4mm dia suspension wire and twin core cable flat or circular complete in cluding taking down old service connection all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 53 but cable of size 10 sqmm.

M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 15 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i)The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth wire. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pipt itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth lead wire. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
