M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connection to and including GI strip of size 32 x 6mm to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts & nuts etc, connecting to LT panel wlith provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade) excavation and earth work returning , filling, ramming and remove of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, make good to match with existing surface and testing on completion including taking out of old unserviceable earth plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earth will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr -in-charge.

Taking out the existing unserviceable GI strip of size 32 x 6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out the existing unserviceable rusted LT feeder pillar box alongwith busbar, MCCBs etc of any size/capacity including disconnection, breaking PCC foundation etc and disposed off complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out the existing unserviceable rusted LT junction panel panel board alongwith busbar complete of any size/capacity including disconnection, breaking PCC foundation etc and disposed off complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of GI stip of size 32 x 6mm including fixing with suitable size of china clay insulator on wall/ducts/floor to panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type,weather proof, cubicle panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick MS/CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm equal angle, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels complete, suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :-

Dismantling re-errecting,restringing tensioning and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor any size upto 5 conductor in one span as required on poles LT / HT including fixing insulators and jointing with ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Lopping/prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the HT/LT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from farthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches & cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The trees branches etc will be left as it is & will not be carried away by the contractor/DEL as the wood belongs to CEO/DEO & they will be responsiblr to lift the wood. (b) Pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the Job with in time as directed. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type mis-happening/accident while pruning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work & clear it before resuming power supply. However, full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools & safety to his staff for purning of trees.

Disconnection/taking out existing UNSV/damaged LT under ground cable/service cable of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core from trenches/ducts or from to poles/walls or under roads/paths/drains/culverts and depositing the same in the storeyard or disposed off complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
