Earth Work Excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils to full depth (such as Soils in Rock / Silt / Light Black Cotton Soil / Ordinary Soil ) except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of 150 mm thick well rammed and consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m. Complete as per TNSS 23 & 24, V, VI (S2), VII, 9,10

Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One part of Cement four part of sand eight part of aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. Supplying and errecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as Coloumn footing,Coloumn pedestals,plith beams, grade beams,staircase steps,etc which requires only nominal strutting using mild steel sheetsof size 90mm x60mm and 10Bg stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervels etc complete in all floors Complying with standard Specification without Strutting. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part M.sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver block in required sizes of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of sub base with stone dust cushion 100mm thick, laying out the pavement cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification.-10 Sqm paver Block rate PWD SOR Page No; 35

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part M.sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.
